Hullo!

I'm heading out to Perth at the beginning of January moving from Edinburgh and looking to find a slice of sunny paradise near the coast. I'm a sociable 27-year-old who's new to the area so hoping to find a pleasant and friendly place with good access to the beach, sports (tennis/football/windsurfing etc), music, and bars/restaurants ideally between Fremantle and Claremont area as will be working as a doctor in Charlie's hospital. Happy with either short-term accommodation to get to know the area better or something more long-term.

Shared plenty of flats in the past and used to moving around so clean and conscientious at home but always keen to join in with the rest of the house.
