Hi!

My hobbies are reading, going to the gym and cooking. I enjoy going out to the beach or socialising away from home most weekends.

I work as a carer in a nursing home while I finish the last few subjects of my social work studies. Happy to provide recent payslips as proof of income.

I don't mind if there are children in the home, I have a current blue card and yellow/NDIS card from my job that I am happy to provide copies of for peace of mind.

No need for furnishing as I have all my own furniture. Keen to rent long term but would prefer to start with a 3 month lease to make sure it is the right fit for everyone involved. Prefer own ensuite. Would prefer to lodge bond and forms with the RTA.
