*living and working in North Lakes

*have many hobbies but atm cycling is what i do when i’m not working, would rather spend time outdoors if feeling reasonably ok; or would read or write or watch tv through headphones if i need rest

*need quiet at sleep time, so a ‘party house’ definitely wouldn’t suit me; but if you need that too, you can’t go wrong with me

*can do early starts at work and it’d be a dream come true to live in a place where i can go to bed early with peace of mind, without being affected by external factors

*quiet, kind, considerate and communicative, would be mindful of your expectations at all times

*can mind my own business but would always be happy to help you should you need it; though it’d be wonderfull to meet a like-minded person who could be a friend rather than just maintaining a pragmatic business relationship as a bare minimum

*probably need some moderate garage space for my bike stuff -i don’t have a car

*have a tendency to see things eye to eye more easily with those senior to me but if i messaged you i must have had an impression that we might be compatible

*an international citizen; hope you don’t mind

*flexible, tbd move in date, which we can discuss but it’s a plus if it can be weeks away
