Hi,

*working at Westfield Northlakes, part time on paper, close to full time in practice, includes most of the weekends, has the potential to be full time soon

*have many hobbies but atm cycling is what i do when i’m not working, would rather spend time outdoors if feeling reasonably ok

*need quiet at sleep time, so a ‘party house’ wouldn’t suit me

*quiet, kind and considerate, would be mindful of your expectations at all times; we don’t have to be besties but should be able to maintain a friendly relationship

*can really mind my own business but would always be happy to help you should you need it

*probably need some moderate garage space for my bike stuff -i don’t have a car

*have a tendency to see things eye to eye more easily with those senior to me but if i messaged you i must have had an impression that we might be compatible

*an international citizen; hope you don’t mind

*flexible (atm) move in date from October onwards
