Hi there! I am a 53-year-old newly single professional working full time at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where I have been employed since 2019. Prior to this, I spent over 20 years working in the banking sector. I am reliable, responsible and stable.
I lead a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying bike riding, gym training and hiking in my spare time. I do have a well-behaved, strictly indoor cat, Franki, who is desexed, microchipped and fully house-trained.
I am seeking a long-term rental property to call home. I can provide evidence of a strong rental history, including consistent and on-time rental payments.
My gross income is $100,000. I am debt free, own my own car and some furniture (basically everything except white goods).
Ideally I'd like a 12 mth lease and I'm happy to discuss extra rent $ for accepting my fat little lazy cat.
