Hey,

I'm Raymond, and I'm in search of a place to call home. I am currently employed full time as a Strategy Analyst at Virgin Australia and am looking to find a new place for myself.

A bit about myself – I am a 24-year-old, friendly and respectful individual who is well mannered and always up for a chat. I have a keen sense of responsibility, understanding the importance of maintaining a clean and organized home.
I am an academic by nature but also enjoy a range of activities including bouldering, badminton, hip hop, philosophical discussions, gym and of course YouTube and Netflix but am always open to exploring new things.

Financially, I am stable and can assure you that rent, and bills will be paid on time and I'm more than willing to pay rent in advance for added peace of mind.

While I value personal space, I'm equally eager to forge new meaningful connections with my future roommates. Communication and mutual understanding are key to me, and I'm always open to discussion to resolve any issues.
