Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $160 per week which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, where I am currently living in Sunnybank and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. My budget also allows me to pay up to $160 per week in rent without any problems. (PLEASE ONLY MESSAGE ME IF YOU OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE OF RENT AND BILLS COMBINED) When working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am trying to quit smoking, so am happy to smoke outside. I am also, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2+ years. Cheers!
Hello! We are a brazilian couple looking for a place to live. We lived in Sydney in 2013, in India in 2018 and then in Brisbane in 2019. Ricardo is a joiner, TAFE student and loves playing guitar. Eve is engineer, works with IT and loves cooking. We are a very neat couple who lived with different flatmates, from different countries for a long time and are excited to get to know new cultures.
I'm from Melbourne and I just moved over to Brisbane for work. I work full time as a Service Technician for an Electrical Engineering company. I am very easy going, chilled and friendly.
Hi, I am a very relaxed and chilled out person. I like to go out and explore new places and meet new people. At the same time I like my privacy a lot. I currently study at University of Queensland.
I am a very clean and tidy person and I respect other people's privacy and I expect the same in return. I am easy going and down to earth and friendly and I am very honest and trustworthy and reliable. I always clean up after myself and pay my rent on time. I like making new friends and having a social drink once in a while. I enjoy the outdoors and gardening.
I am an easy going and sociable person who likes listening to music, going for walks, watching movies and dining out. I respect people's living space and likes to have a chat over a cuppa. I am a piano teacher and works at a childcare. I am looking for a place that allows me to teach for 2 days a week and somewhere where I can relax and read a book or do yoga. I don't smoke or drink and is someone that you can count on.
Hello! I'm a respectful, considerate, honest, and reliable person who always pays the rent/bills on time and tidies up after myself. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. I'm also allergic to cats, so I sadly have to avoid homes with cats in them. :( I'm studying psychology at Griffith Uni (Mt Gravatt campus). I'll be starting honours next year. I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing home where I can recharge and chill. I'm a friendly person with a good sense of humour who enjoys a chat and a laugh, but I usually like to quietly do my own thing when I'm at home. I tend to spend lots of time in my room studying! (Super exciting, I know!) For fun, I perform improvised theatre which I've been doing for over a year.

Hey I'm Nat! I'm 25 years old, from Melbourne and am going to be in Brisbane playing football from the 5th Jan to late April. I'm very laid back, clean and tidy, like a chat but also keep to myself a lot. I won't be up late partying or anything like that - training will be six days per week so that will take up most of my afternoons and weekends, and I will be travelling some weekends for games. Shoot me a message if this sounds good to you!
Come from a small country town of Roma. I'm easy to get on with, always up for a quiet beer and a chat of an afternoon. Considerate of others around me as I attended boarding school for 5 years and learnt to clean up after myself and share basic house hold chores. I will be moving to Brisbane to commence study at CQU and I can pay a bond and rent before I actually intend on moving to ensure I have secured a place! Cheers
I'm a uni student, performer, bartender and sometimes-tutor looking to move from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. I'm super responsible, reliable, considerate and friendly. And I make a mean scrambled eggs on toast.
I am currently studying 3-4days a week in Hospitality. I mainly keep to myself due to the amount of human interaction I experience day to day whether it be through my studies, work experience or events/gatherings with friends. I own half a child, his name is Buba. He makes sure I have something to tidy or clean everyday so I always cleaning up after him or myself. He just turned 3yrs old not too long ago but he is a very good fur baby with the occasional hissy fits.
I'm currently living in Mackay working for Queensland Health in an IT Project Role. However, my contract will finish at the end of the year so will be coming back to Brisbane returning to my permanent role in the Queensland Government with Queensland Treasury. I have been renting a room for the last 18 months in Mackay and looking to do this again upon my return to Brisbane. I'm a clean, considerate, and respectful person and expect this from others in the shared house, apartment, unit etc. When I lived in Brisbane I rented out my rooms in the house I owned, which is why I'm very respectful to you and your property. This is supported by every AirBnB I have stay, the host/s have always given me a great recommendation and review about how clean, tidy, considerate and respectful etc. I like the keep active and eat relatively healthy by riding my bike to work, having green smoothies in the morning and going to latin dance (Zouk) events in Brisbane, Australia and overseas. I'm looking to find a place on the Southside within a 10Km radius from the CBD, such as Bulimba, Morningside, Moorooka and Yeronga etc. Thanks for reading my profile. Thanks Mark
Hi! We're two Tasmanians moving to Brisbane for uni in 2019. We're both easygoing, open-minded people who enjoy a quiet beer of an evening and are respectful of others' space. Abbie is studying Forensic Science and Criminology at Griffith university, loves true crime docos, and is a huge fan of the Melbourne Demons. She's fond of music, and dabbles in bands when time allows. Harley is studying Paramedic Science at QUT, loves history, and tries to stay active through Muay Thai. He loves to cook, enjoys reading, and loves animals. He also enjoys watching sport, particularly cricket and the NBA.

I'm 28, working as a Lab Technician. I like being active, especially outdoors. I like socialising but also being in my own space. I'm after accommodation close to the city, since that's where I'd work. Preferably something airconditioned and unfurnished where I would have my own bathroom.
I have a fun and outgoing bubbly personality that just allows me to easily fit in wherever I go. I am very respectful of people and also kept to myself. I love cooking although I work so much that I barely even get the time to cook. I’m looking for a place to call home
I'm looking for some friendly people to team up with and find a place to share for next year. Preferably meet up beforehand to see if we're a good mix and go from there. Would want a sharehouse that everyone feels comfortable being themselves in. I'm very easy going, work full time and out and about most weekends. I'm tidy and respectful but not over the top or intrusive. I'm fairly new to Brissy so a social household would be welcomed. Always up for a few drinks, an adventure or to talk some nonsense. I'd say I'm a good mixture of being completely independent and giving some space but also happy to hangout if we've got nothing going on. Goal is to find a nice modern house with enough bathrooms to go around, enough garage space for my toys and to keep the overall cost + bills to below $200ea, somewhere slightly south or west as I work near Oxley.
Hi I’m Heather I’m 22 I currently work as a EWP designer full time and have been with the same company for the past 4 years. I won't be able to move before 22nd January 2019 and free for viewings from 9th January 2019. I’m coming to Brisbane to study for 2 years and would like to find a nice home to live in. I’m from the UK and will be taking a break from my 12 year career in technology to study. I’ve lived on my own before, so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a lot quieter. I like to get out in nature during my spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, I may prefer to just chill out at home. A shared living area would be good, maybe a garden and a good functional kitchen. Good access to transport links is a must as I won’t have a car of my own. I’ll need access to the internet to enable me to do some home study. I won't be able to move before 22nd January 2019 and free for viewings from 9th January 2019. Open to other areas too, the ones I’ve listed are just a few I’m familiar with. Please only contact me via Flatmates in the first instance. I tend not to respond to unknown messages on my mobile. Thank you.
I am 26 yrs and currently work full time in an administration position in Logan, for a Art Supplies Wholesaler. I spend most nights going to the gym and relaxing in my bedroom after cooking and eating dinner. I believe I am a very social person who loves to chat and don't mind a drink on occasions. I'm not a crazy party goer these days but if I do, I take that to my friends house who lives near by. I like to keep my self tidy cleaning is sometimes enjoyable and am very respectful of others. I do have a cat named Lotus, he has a very lovely persona and spends most of his time outside playing in the garden. He doesn't mind attention and being played with however he mostly keeps to himself.
