- Prefer a house, to share between 2 people (me and one other person). If you already have one, or we can look at a new place to rent.
- Lock up garage / secure undercover car park.
- Close to public transport (trains).
- A storage to store my things (if available, or I'll put them in storage).

I'm a full-time working 💼 professional. I'm quiet, clean, considerate, respectful, and friendly. I prefer privacy and I will respect yours. I share 🤝 housework responsibilities 🧹. I will not have a problem with paying rent 💲, and paying it on time 🕑.

I lock 🔒 doors and windows when I leave the house 🏡 to secure our belongings and safety. I won't go into your room, and won't use your personal stuff.

I am looking for a peaceful home 🏡. Quiet hours between late night and morning are important to me.

If you're also friendly, considerate, clean, and don't have loud parties at home, and we do not have a hugely different wake / sleep time, and we have similar etiquettes, we could be great housemates!
