I'm a full-time working ๐ผ professional (working from home half the time ๐ก). I'm quiet, clean, considerate, respectful, friendly. I prefer privacy and I will respect yours. I'm willing to share ๐ค the housework responsibilities ๐งน. I will not have a problem with paying rent ๐ฒ, and paying it on time ๐.
I lock ๐ doors and windows when I leave the house ๐ก to secure our belongings and safety. I won't have visitors staying over. I won't go into your room, and won't use your personal stuff, and I expect the same.
I am looking for a quiet and a peaceful home ๐ก (at least between the late evening to morning). So, if you are heavy footed, swinging doors shut, and in the 2am or 4am wake up club, our sleep time may not suit one another.
If you are mature-minded, preferably a non-smoker, pleasant, considerate with noises, clean, and do not host parties at home, and we do not have a wildly different wake / sleep time, have similar etiquettes, we could be great housemates!
