WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

A house to share between 2 people (me and one other person), or 3 people maximum. Happy to join an existing share house, or team up to find a new place to rent. Lock-up garage or secure undercover parking preferred. Close to trains on the south side. Storage space is a bonus, otherwise I'll arrange storage hire.

I'm also keen to team up and rent a larger, higher quality property in a good location, somewhere with extra bedrooms we can use as home offices or personal space. Two people splitting rent on a bigger place means we both get more for our money. My budget of up to $500/wk is for the right property to share, not a single room.

I'm a full-time professional working from home. I'm quiet, clean, considerate, and friendly. I value my privacy and I will respect yours. I share housework responsibilities. Rent will always be paid on time, no exceptions.

I'm security-conscious and keep the house locked up when I head out. I value a home where we both respect each other's personal space and belongings.

I'm looking for a peaceful home. Quiet time in the evenings and mornings is important to me. If you're also friendly, considerate, and tidy, and we keep similar hours, I think we'd get along well.
