I'm easy-going, tidy, clean and like to cook. I'm super respectful of others' space and have a rental up north, so understand the need to respect others' property. I work full time as a secondary school teacher (Biology/Science) and co-ordinate outdoor programs for kids. I enjoy a good giggle but also enjoy some quiet time, when I might do a bit of drawing or chill with a book/movie. I have a small, 9 month old dog called Skippa. He's very quiet and friendly. I walk him twice a day and when I go away (on camps), he comes with me.
I am very clean and friendly, I am great to get along with, easy going and don't mind having a chat, or even a couple drinks and dinner :) I am looking for the perfect place that i can feel at home and comfortable living with people similar to myself! I study at QUT at both KG AND GP around 3 days per week and work at garden city 3 days per week NOTE: if your listing includes a room with a built in wardrobe, a double bed, desk and chair, a ceiling fan and is priced around $175/week INCLUDING ALL BILLS: PLEASE MESSAGE ME!!! THANKS :)
Hi I'm Monique, I've just moved here from Sydney and can't wait for my new adventure to begin!! I was the leaseholder in my place in Sydney for a very long time so I know how to treat a place with proper love and respect and how to get along with most types of people. I'm looking for a room or granny flat. I'd prefer for it to be furnished. I do need decent wifi. And space for a desk in my room or in an office space. I'd be working from home 2-3 days a week on my website business. I love long walks, yoga, being conscious but not in a annoying way, and just love my life to bits at the moment. I know that sounds a bit corny but I've made some big changes and it is all very exciting. I'm 46 and my previous flatmates were 28 ages and up. Not a party person. go to bed pretty early.. love hanging out in the kitchen for a chat and cooking something... like my own space too. a place with a backyard and a vege patch would be lovely. I'll be spending the weekend exploring my new surrounds! I can move in now or in a week or so as have some flexibility in that regards.
Hi, I’m Sarah! Friendly easy going girl in her 20’s. Work full time, and spend most of my free time away at my boyfriends place in Ipswich. Needing a place to live within the next 5-6 weeks, and open to staying there anywhere from 3 months up until a year + Access to public transport is important. Furnished or unfurnished doesn’t matter as I have bedroom furniture of my own but can also leave that here. Ideally bills will be included as a part of the rent. Open to team ups also! Let me know if you have a place that might be suitable! Thanks :) Sarah.
I'm just a relaxed 24yo working full time on the overnight shift. I've lived by myself for the past 12 months, so I can take care of myself. I can cook, clean and pay rent and bills on time.
I work full time at a law firm and I also go to the gym 4 nights a week. Don’t drink or smoke but love to have fun with friends. Also enjoy my own space and Time. I have one sausage dog who is my baby. Want to know anything else ask me
Working permanent part time and studying audio engineering full time. VERY respectful and clean, approachable and easy to get along with. I am out of the house for work and study minimum 6 days a week, not a shift worker so I won't wake you up at weird hours. I'm into music in my spare time, like to keep to myself as I am busy with studies. I like to have a social beer on the weekends. I have a fantastic 3 yr old cat, his name is Big Boy. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, he is happy and non invasive. He goes to the toilet outside on his own and sometimes disappears on adventures. If he is inside it's because he wants to sleep.
I work away (currently 3/1 weeks on and off) and require something secure and private. I will also be away a lot in my break, so basically will never be there. I am an environmental scientist working with a mining company, hence all the travel. I am from Adelaide and only moved to Brisbane late last year, so I don’t know many people and won’t be throwing mad parties. I do like a drink and I smoke- outside only.
I’m generally pretty laid back and don’t throw any house parties, so that’s a plus. I love having a chat but also like my alone time too, best of both worlds amiright? And yes, I’m a smoker but I’m not rude about it, if you have rules about smoking then I will follow them.
Reliable, quiet professional - manager of disability and accommodation service. Enjoys down time (reading, Netflix) when not working; keen for spontaneous activities (axe throwing, brewery tours, etc). I do have two cats I’d like to keep with me (both are neutered male indoor cats) - going through a separation.
I'm Registered Nurse working in Greenslopes Hospital. Polish originally. I have lived with people from all over the world so I'm bit mixed and I'm really house trained :) Consider myself young at heart, easy to get along with, clean, reliable and respectful. I don't mind having a beer or friends over a weekend or chill in front of TV but also can respect privacy. I like to stay active or travel whenever I have time... also I'm allergic to cats ;) Cheers !
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach - broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
Hi, I am a clerk. I would like to stay for at least a year(Idon't like moving). I am easygoing, open minded, flexible, accommodating and clean and tidy. I like Playing pool at Qmasters and Moorooka Sports and Community Club. I also like watching the NRL and comedy.
You will never ever have to ask me to clean up after myself. I'm a functioning adult who can do all the life things - I hope my housemates are able to do the same! I love a meaningful, intelligent conversation. Connecting with people makes life exciting! I work full time with early starts so I'm in bed early on weekday evenings. I'm keen for a quiet, peaceful home that isn't likely to have parties. I am of course down for a glass of wine or a spiced gold rum with a chat over dinner. I am passionate about being an ethical consumer in this crazy world... I hate waste and I do my bit where I can. I won’t be running an air conditioner or dryer often and I will undoubtedly turn off light switches when not in use. I'm a queer person, so definitely looking for a LGBTIQ+ friendly household. I have a dog - she's a medium sized 5yo mixed breed rescue. She isn't social with other dogs but is the sweetest thing with humans. She sleeps inside but will stay outside when I'm not home. I don't let her up on furniture, when I'm home she is either outside or will chill out on her bed inside. We need a fully fenced private yard/courtyard and I guess it's essential that you're cool with a dog being around :) I'm open minded, respectful, clean & tidy and love food. (I do a lot of cooking so a good kitchen is important!) I have van that I am converting into a camper so that's where a lot of my time and energy goes at the moment! I would really prefer to have an ensuite or my own bathroom. I've been living on my own so I have a full house of furniture and kitchen stuff. Please get in touch if you're keen to find a new place with me!
Born and raised in Sydney Chemical engineer (travels to site 1 week/month) I mainly gym, soccer, cook, go out Clean and tidy Willing to share cleaning activities Available to move in with 3 weeks notice
Hi everyone! I just recently moved to Brisbane from Canada to pursue my Masters of Counselling at the University of Queensland and I am looking for somewhere to stay starting in July with some awesome flatmates! I am very clean, respectful, and friendly. I'm hoping to live with others whom are down for a chat, movie nights, or drinks on nights off!
Heyyy, looking for either a room to rent or to team up and find somewhere new :) I've had a few years worth of share house experience, so I'm looking for some new roommates looking for the same thing. I currently live in Bulimba which is super, but its just to far from work, and the commute is a bit much, so looking to move a little closer. I would love a bit more of a social house, people who don't mind having friends over every now and then etc. Not really looking for someone who hides away in their room. My lease ends on the 6th July I've got a few things for a house, but not everything. Happy to buy whatever is still needed. Any questions, hit me up :)
I am a quiet tidy respectful person, and very reliable and easy to get along with.I mainly keep too myself, I am currently studying my diploma of Beauty and Spa practice. I have one medium sized dog who is 25kg and loves people, so I would only consider places with a decent sized yard.
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite, well-mannered and considerate. Full-time, long-term employment. Part-time university student (external - online)
Holly (my cat) and I love a great Netflix sesh and early nights. I work full time in child care and love coming home to relax. I can be a bit of a hermit and enjoy my space, however I still enjoy a nice drink or two with good company. I've been living alone for years but want to travel and see Australia, so I've decided to try share housing to save some cash. I'll be taking holly with me on road trips regularly to prepare ourselves for our big trip! Getting my licence and car in may, so I'm very excited!
Tidy, laid back and booked. I run a busy schedule but I maintain a healthy balanced life. My diet is pretty much vegan as I’ll choose an onion lentil wrap over any meat. May be not chicken nuggets though.... My lease at my last place has just ended and I’m looking for somewhere chilled, with a stress free, intellectual environment. I love animals, I wanted to be a zoo keeper as a child but my parents guided me toward medicine. It should also be noted that whether I’m between work, uni, personal life commitments and the sunshinecoast, I’ll be pretty scarce around the house unless I’m sleeping in bed. But I’m always down for a wine and dine while Netflix runs on tv.
