Hi, my name is Sam. I am a 26 year old currently living on the Gold Coast. I recently got a job at a film school in South Brisbane so I'm looking for a new place to live closer to work. I also work part-time as a photographer and bartender.
I enjoy watching movies, working on creative projects, going to the gym, playing card games with my mates and exploring new places. I love chatting and meeting new people but also enjoy my own space and respect my flatmates boundaries.
I've lived in my own house for six years so I have my own furniture, (bed, table and chairs, fridge, washing machine) as well as my pet cat named Orlok. He is very friendly and sociable with people and other animals.
I'm looking for either one or more people to team up with to find a property to rent or somewhere I can rent a larger space for my belongings and cat, (granny flat, studio apartment, etc.)
