Hey, My name is Usman. I am quiet but adventurous, and like to listen song and pray to God. I like poetry, meditation, books, dancing, YOMG ice cream no matter if it's winter or summer.
I am looking for a house which will have 1 vacant room. I am a mechanical engineer working in HVAC trade as estimator since 2 & half year. At night, I am bit sensitive to sound.

I prefer a room which is far away from washroom & not near to road. I prefer to share place with professionals or at-least people who graduated. The only thing I can’t compromise is the noises at night.

I use kitchen now & then. On weekends, I use it at morning, afternoons.

In short, A person who works in an engineering firm 5 days a week 8:00am to 5:00pm wants extremely quiet nights, & kitchen to use, prefer to live with like minded people, having a living room to watch series would be good. Please no addict, couple drama, no animal in house.

I have got my own mattress, so a mattress stand would be good to have, a wardrobe for clothes.

I am willing to pay reasonable price for the space I am looking for. We can negotiate & see what we agree.

I am living right now in Endeavour hills, would prefer something near it.
