I am a quiet, non-smoking non-drinking 44 year old male who enjoys a tidy and organised home. I’m looking for a long-term space where I can settle in and focus on my next 12 months of study.
I will keep common areas clean, stay on top of basic upkeep, and believe in the "leave it better than I found it" philosophy.
I value peace and quiet, and I extend that same respect to my neighbour's. I don’t host large parties or play loud music.
