I am a self funded share trader who will always pay rent on time. I will keep common areas clean, stay on top of basic upkeep, and believe in the "leave it better than I found it" philosophy.
I value my peace and quiet, and I extend that same respect to my neighbour's. I don’t host large parties or play loud music. I have references from my current and previous landlords, all of whom can confirm my reliability and cleanliness.
