Hey guys,
Ajax here, a 22yo uni student who also works part-time. I'm clean, quiet, easy to talk to and respectful. Will spend most of my time working, studying, and training.
My gym is in Cloverdale on love street so ideally close to it and it would be great if it's also close to UWA (relatively) as well.
I own a car.
Currently I'm hunting for a nice place for long term staying for at least several months as I personally don't enjoy moving all my stuff around too often haha. I will finish my degree by the end of 2028.
I rarely cook.
