I enjoy a good fictional book, where she enjoys a non-fictional conversation.
She enjoys to weather the big bad terrains of the outdoors where I would rather sit in the pool waiting for the sun to come back out.
I enjoy pop culture and the history behind it, she would rather the museum to see and feel the history behind it.

We are both big on music and would prefer a house that doesn't have us on mute 24/7

We love animals, and don't mind smokers but would like a house with no children attached.

Price range has been fixed at $300 per room but are always up for negotiation for the right person(s)
