Hi! My name is Dexter. My current lease is ending and I’m looking for a new place to move in. I consider myself an easygoing and friendly person who enjoys maintaining a clean and organized living space. I am chill and like to keep things generally quiet. I’m a non-smoker and dont party. I prefer a quiet space, but am always up for a good chat. An occasional movie/board game night or dinner would be great. I respect other’s privacy and I’m keen to meet wonderful people to share a house with.

I like to keep common living spaces clean. I do my dishes promptly and keep my stuff in my room. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

I’m looking for a place that feels like a home—a space where we can share a laugh, maybe cook a meal together, or probably do outdoor activities on some weekends. I like running, rock climbing, basketball, etc. I generally like sports, and I also like staying at home especially during rest days.

I don’t have a car so I'm on the lookout for a place that is accessible via public transport to both Bedford Park and the CBD for work. I’m hoping to find a place around early or mid September.
