I’m looking for a private, self-contained space where I can live independently and have room to be creative and work on my projects.

Ideally, I’d like my own entrance, bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette, with enough extra space to set up a small art/work studio.
A granny flat, detached unit, converted garage or shed, downstairs area, private studio, or similar setup would suit me well.

My schedule can be pretty random, so I need somewhere I can come and go during the day or night without disturbing others. I’d also like the freedom to occasionally have friends or guests over.

I’m easygoing, creative and respectful of other people’s space. I’m looking for somewhere relaxed and private where everyone can live their own life without unnecessary judgement or drama, while still respecting the property and reasonable boundaries
