My name is Xinyu (Shay). I just graduated from UWA but now doing a certificate 3 in tiling and working as a tiler.
I used to living with a female roommate in northbridge paying 400pw plus bills when I was doing my master, but now I prefer to stay alone so I'm looking for a whole preperty. I am interested in signing a at least one-year lease.
As a rather introverted person, I prefer staying in to watch anime and play computer games over attending parties. So I rarely invite friends over and do not have overnight guests. If possible I would like to have floor instead of carpets so that my robot can clean the whole property.
Car park needed! My current lease ends at 19/02, so it should be the best if I can move in a new place at Feb：）
