Hello! I’m a 28-year-old female who grew up in Currumbin and have been living / working abroad for the last 8 years. I’ve just come back home for a short while (January-March) to spend time with family before leaving again. I love them and do have a room to stay, so my dates are flexible as needed, but am really just looking for a separate space to have vs going back to living with the folks. I’ll be traveling a little in this time too.

I work remote, with flexible hours.. giving me time to explore my interests which is staying active, enjoying the sunshine and salt water, cooking occasionally, and catching up with old friends. I’ll be busy also helping my dad with his upcoming wedding and doing some life admin of my own to prepare for my next move. My party days are done, so bringing the party home is not an issue - though I do enjoy low key dinner and a glass of wine on occasion, which will be done out of the house (I’ve got an abundance of ‘new’ places to try while here)!

In terms of living - I’ve had room mates and a shared bathroom for the most of the last 8 years, and am clean/tudy, respectful and quite to live with (though will always have a conversation/catch up in passing, provided of course you enjoy that too)!

A few other relevant notes:

-Would prefer a space that is furnished, with a desk or space to fit a small desk
-Happy to share my socials!
-As mentioned above, dates are flexible since I do have a room at my Dad’s: If the space and situation is right, anytime now through early-mid March would be great!
