I'm 37 years old and was born and raised in Melbourne before relocating to Sydney in September 2025 for work. My current lease is ending in early September as my landlord is moving back in, so I'm looking to take the opportunity to settle into the Eastern Suburbs, closer to my friends and the lifestyle I enjoy.

I work as the Manager of Operations at the University of Sydney and spend around 90% of my week in the office. Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy training, getting outdoors, cooking, reading and making the most of Sydney. I'm an old soul who values good conversations, a calm home environment and positive, respectful people.

I'm tidy, quiet, organised, considerate, and take pride in looking after the place I live. I don't smoke and currently don't drink. I'm looking for somewhere with good energy that I can genuinely call home for the next 12 months.

I'm happy to consider places a little further from the CBD, provided they offer:

Air conditioning, build in robe and x1 car space.
An unfurnished room with ideally my own bathroom or ensuite.
A relaxed, respectful household rather than a party house.
Bonus: Good public transport connections to both the CBD and the Eastern Suburbs.
