Hi my name is Chris. I'm an easy going, friendly, funny and honest 38 year old guy who's looking to share a house/apartment/unit with someone like minded.
I'm very clean and respectful of others and love a bit of banter but my days of going out and partying are done. I would be looking after the property as if I owned it myself.
I've got solid rental history and also own a number of houses which I tenant out and air bnb but due to their unavailability I'm requiring a share place of my own.
Preferably looking in the following areas but am open to any surrounding suburbs: Unley, Parkside, Fullarton, Glenside, Wayville, Hyde Park, Hawthorn, Burnside, Frewville, Adelaide CBD, Rose Park, Dulwich.
