I'm clean, quiet and usually keep to myself but not adverse to socialising. My spend most of my time studying, reading, watching tv, gaming (headset so not too much noise), and recently started rock climbing.
I can get along with just about anyone and don't take up too much space.
Current landlord/roommate says she is happy to give a reference if needed.
