Ideally looking for a single studio set up or a large private room in a quiet place located nearer to the beach. Moved over from England in January 2024, and currently staying in a rental with the lease ending on April 24th 2026, located in Carindale. So I will be able to start moving a week or two before that end of lease date. Born in Brisbane but spent most of my time growing up in England. Prefer the gold coast at the moment but will consider the Sunshine Coast also.

I run an online business, so I work remotely, in the health and wealth fields and also trade the US Options markets in equities so will require space for a desk to do work. I also get out and do work elsewhere so not stuck in the cabin all day so to speak but will be in need of a work station. I do not drink or smoke and go to the gym 5x a week. I like eating organic foods, looking after the temple and growing my business, and working on my own personal development.

I am well travelled with a rich history of many jobs in different fields, including time on the superyachts living in close quarters with many others on a busy schedule, Personal Training, Sports Massage, Holistic Coach, and also have a degree in Economics. I am an INTJ, which means I love my own company, am mostly introverted but confident and lively with people when needs be.

I am down to earth, very mindful, respectful and easy going. My other interests includes studying fringe sciences, esoteric texts, sci-fi, conpsiracies, law and getting out into nature/traveling. Very respectful and mindful of other peoples property and just looking for a solid base for the foreseeable. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
