Hi, I’m Tilleya! I’m 20 years old and work full-time in insurance, I’ve been in the role for almost 2 years now and really enjoy it. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. On the weekends, I love going out for 1 too many drinks and spending time with friends, but I also really value having a peaceful and relaxing home to come back to. I don’t mind a party house as long as it’s more relaxed on weekdays.

In my free time, I enjoy doing arts and crafts, soaking up the sun, and just being outdoors. If your place has a balcony or yard that gets some sunshine, that’s a big plus for me! I’m easygoing, friendly, and looking for a home that’s both social and calm when needed. I’m mostly looking for places around Chermside. I will be working in North lakes near the shopping centre so I need to be maximum 35 minutes away from there.

I’m living on the coast with my parents at the moment and am only moving to experience city life. I’d love to find a 6 month only lease from end of march/start of april 😊
