I'm a non smoker.
I always try to endeavour to respecting people and property. More of a home body than an outgoing socializer. I take pride in prioritizing food, shelter and power over more luxurious items.
Even though I'm unable to pitch in with outdoor gardening nor mowing the lawn nor able to do basic repairs, I can water the garden, sweep etc. Having access to reliable fast internet, safe, reliable green source of power and water would be great. I don't mind if you have a cat, fish, small well behaved and calm dog or a bird/s.
I like most types of music except for heavy metal.
I am a chatty Kathy when either really happy or rather anxious.
Would prefer a furnished room (prefer new or almost new mattress) When only used previously by non-smokers.
