Hi. I am a retired architect and professional educator. I am looking for a studio or granny flat (semi furnished would be a plus). I prefer a studio in the ground floor with its own bathroom with a shower, not a bathtub. I do not smoke or drink. I am very allergic to pets, so I prefer a house with no pets. I am a very private person. I respect the privacy of other people. I am ready to move after 2 weeks notice to the current landlord.
