Looking for a room in a homely, social place to move in.
My current lease ends on 31st July - I have the option to stay on but am looking at other options.

I work as an ED doctor in Darlinghurst.
I’m from the UK and have a very small social circle in Sydney, so flatmates who are keen to hang out occasionally would be a plus, but I also respect quiet/alone time!

I like getting outside, hiking, live music, making music (quietly, I have headphones!), any sort of cultural events, and travelling both near and far. Would be great to find some housemates who'd want to share some of these activities with me.

I like catching up over wine and having little dinner parties now and again.

Room would ideally have an en-suite/own bathroom and inbuilt storage, but this is not a deal breaker. I'd be downsizing from a one bed so I'm not looking for the cupboard room, a bit of space for my things would be ideal.

Housemates between late twenties to mid thirties.

Looking to spend $350 - $500 pw depending on space and facilities.
