My name is Jose Rafael Molinos Morales I am originally from Venezuela and arrived in Australia on 30 November 2023. I am now a proud permanent resident.

I am currently studying full‑time at TAFE in the English General Course. Once I complete my studies, I hope to continue building a new educational pathway. I enjoy reading, spending time in the library, running on weekends, exercising, and taking part in casual sports to look after my wellbeing.

I am a responsible tenant who takes great care of my home. I have the tools and skills to maintain a property and always treat it with respect. Australia has truly become home for me, and I am simply looking for a stable place where I can continue building my life.

At the moment, I am living in short‑term accommodation, but the current rental market has made it challenging to find a long‑term place to settle. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to make this property my new home.
