Hey!
I’m Fletcher a 20yo student studying medicine at Curtin. I am from Margaret River so need to rent in Perth for uni.
I’m looking for a place from the end of Jan to the end of Oct 2026. I am still supported by my parents(with many thanks) so paying rent on time is no issue.
I’m responsible, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a clean house and I like to cook. I also volunteer for St. John and will get a job in Perth next year.
When I’m not studying I like to run or swim. I love watching footy and enjoy a few beverages once in a while. Not to mention I’ve got an amazing girlfriend who I also spend a lot of time with.
I’ve been renting for 2 years now. I’ve got great references from both with no issues as well as plenty of references from my personal life.
What I’m looking for: I’ve spent a few years now in quieter households and much in the way of socialising and becoming friends with housemates so I’m definitely looking for a more social environment, ideally with other young guys like myself but am open and flexible.
In an ideal world a place around South Perth would be perfect so I can be closer to my little brother who is starting boarding at Wesley next year.
