Hello!

I’m a 35 year old music teacher looking for a room in the Elsternwick/Ripponlea/Elwood area but am open to other locations. I am very much a home body who enjoys cooking, playing board games and going out to see live theatre/comedy. I dabble in violin, piano and guitar, but am primarily a vocalist (though I can practice at school if needed!). Very happy to share a bottle of wine, but would prefer a non-smoking/vaping household. Apart from the occasional floor-drobe, I prefer to live in a clean and tidy household.

Ideally looking to live with those of a similar age that can become friends, not just house-mates. I’ve been in Melbourne for 6 years now (previously Brisbane and Perth) and still have a lot to explore! I have full time, ongoing employment that I’m not looking to leave any time soon. Unfortunately moving as the original tenant is coming back.
