29-year-old property development professional looking to move from my current solo place in Newstead to a share house in the inner-city.
During the week I’m usually heads-down with work, so I’m low-maintenance around the house — I keep my space clean and tidy, respect quiet time, and won’t be hosting any loud gatherings. That said, I’m not a ghost either. I enjoy the social side of share living — a glass of wine after work, a shared meal, good conversation.
Outside of work I train most mornings, which means early nights and early rises are kind of my thing — so if you’re after a housemate who keeps a consistent routine, that’s me.
Essentially: clean, employed, social when it counts, and respectful of everyone’s space and downtime. Looking for the same in return.
