My name is Tanya, I am a transgender woman who has been transitioning for almost 3 years. I now live full time and recently legally changed my name. I have been living with a friend in Cranbourne for the last 12 months (she owns the house). However recently she added another housemate which has been creating all sorts of new issues like waking me at 4.30am every morning (she doesn't work) and stinking the house out with cigarette smell. I study and drive a lot of for work, I can't afford to be tired all the time and the cigarette smell is too much for me, I can't stand people who smoke then bring that smell into the house. It's gross.

The sort of household I am looking for is easy going, prefer females/trans or an LGBTQIA+ (or both) household that has a positive vibe about it. While I may be quiet, I can also be quite social. I don't drink (although will have a Southern & Coke once every so often), don't smoke or vape and definitely no recreational drugs. I am quite anti-drug so if any of you do this, I am not for you. Also not big on regular parties. I don't mind the occasional one but if you're party animals I am not for you either.
My Mum lives in Red Hill (Mornington Peninsula) and I visit her weekly on average, so I am keen to stay within striking distance. Preferably around Frankston, Seaford, Langwarrin, Carrum & Carrum Downs areas.
I make a point of going out a few times a month to stay sane and have a social outlet. I’m at school 3 days a week, work Saturday and Sunday (with the occasional Sat night off for social events) and take Mondays off.
I also have 10 tattoos with plans to get more perhaps once I complete my course.
I am keen for something long term especially when I transition from study to working for someone else again..
Note: I do have some furniture. A small desk, marble coffee table, tall boy, small shelf, record player and stand (as well as a few records), 70” HD TV, I have access to a queen sized bed if needed.
Note: No Vegan/Vegetarian households please.
