I’m moving back to Bris by mid April and would love to line up a good home around then…

I’m a very well seasoned roomy of 30 years plus renting, and am moving back to Brisbane from interstate by mid April. I have excellent references and a very quiet, outdoorsy, desexed CAT who’s earnt herself some excellent references too. She’s lived with other dogs and cats constantly and very easily.

I’m a positive, active professional, independent and mindful grown adult.. Loves a clean environment and chilled roomies that are out and about and preferably not working from home 24/7, as space is always great occasionally. I honour healthy boundaries.. I sing and am a creative artist, and generally an all round easy person to live with.
My work is a nanny, beauty therapist, NDIS support worker and hospitality.
My hobbies are keeping fit, yoga, singing, live shows and anything social. I’ve never missed a single rental payment in my life plus I have also taken on leases myself, setting up with co tenants in Brisbane in the past.

I’d like my own bathroom and a bit of storage space in a garage. I have my own queen size mattress only at this stage. Flexi re furniture.
