LOOKING FOR A ROOM/STUDIO - SYDNEY

Hey all, I'm a 29 year old male originally from South Africa but raised in the North of the UK near Durham/Newcastle.

For the past year I have been travelling all over the world and have now found myself in NSW, where I have just accepted a job. For this I will be travelling all over the Northern Rivers area but mainly around Mullumbimby and will be working Monday-Friday roughly 9am-5pm. Weekends I may be taking up side gigs occasionally so I may not even be around that much.

As such I need a fully furnished room in a shared house/flat or even a little studio for around for 1-3 months at $300-$400/week (all bills included). If all goes well (job and area depending) I'll extend the tenancy of course (I think I have commitment issues). At this stage of the game, I'm really not looking to be fussy, I just need something ASAP where I can sleep in peace, and get to places easy enough. Ideal locations though are Mullum, Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads. Bonus points though if other existing housemates know how to take initiative and tidy up common spaces etc and know how to be cool and thoughtful people.

On a side note, I'd like to think I myself am a pretty good housemate. I am clean, respectuful and no longer a party animal. I know when to give people space, but equally can be pretty sociable and down for the odd beer here and there or even watch or movie and play games or whatever. I am also into fitness (weightlifting and would like to do some calisthenics), hiking and looking to explore the nearby nature when I have time off and try some surfing.
