I've had experience living in a share house before, so I totally get the importance of good housemate etiquette. Keeping common areas clean and tidy is a priority for me, and I'm all about maintaining a harmonious living environment.

Since I'm pretty busy with work – usually putting in hours 7 days a week – you'll often find me out during the day.
