Hello Guys. I am a 28 years old, looking at private room to stay. Hopefuly near to CBD.I will start to study a carpentry course so i will be travelling to the CBD many days so I prefer near to any station. And as a student, I need internet. I am finding a long stay term.

I am a very respectful person so clean with my things and friendly. I am a hard worker too so if i am no studying, I am working. I do not have car so I will not use the park spot. I do not have problems with animals If you have. I do not smoke.

I like playing videogames, gym, watching movies, sleeping, listening music and drink with friends but I am open to new things!
