I’ll be moving to the Gold Coast in June to start my studies.

A little about me: I’m a very tidy, respectful, and easygoing person. I enjoy pilates and listening to music in a quiet home environment. I usually keep a simple routine and enjoy cooking, baking or relaxing at home in my own time and I always make sure to keep the space neat and well-maintained. (a bit of a neat freak😬)

I value cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful living atmosphere. I’m a non-smoker, with no pets or kids, and I live a simple, stable lifestyle. But please let me know if there’s any regulations arrangement regarding having friends over occasionally. I don’t usually have people over, but I’d love to understand what you’re comfortable with.

I take good care of the place I live in and treat it as my own, and I’m always mindful of others in the household.
