26 year old male. currently working at the prt of Brisbane full time. I'm out of the house from 4am until 3/4pm and really appreciate autonomy and my own space. I own a 4wd and some basic amenities like tvs and some technology but am very light travelled. currently in the market for a studio or granny flat style living arrangement that allows me to maintain the aforementioned lifestyle without to much hassle. very easy going and friendly bloke and not a party person at all. my budget is around $500 per week for a place but would love to come under that if possible as I'm trying to pay my car off as soon as I can to move onto saving for a house. not to fussed on location as I already use a tank of diesel a week get to work and back each week. let me know what you have available and when a good time in the afternoon or weekend is to come and inspect the property. cheers
