Hi Landlords,

My name is David Aukuso Noa, I am 30 years of age and I was born in South Auckland, New Zealand. I am of Samoan descent. I receive a Pension from Centrelink every fortnight m, so expect my rent payments to be paid fortnightly. I also have an online job where you can use only your mobile phone to complete tasks, I cook sometimes and I clean up after myself. I will chat if housemates are wanting to chat, but I usually just keep to myself and stay out of people's way.

I want to buy a car in the next 3 months, but for now I rely on Public Transport and Rideshare Apps.
