Dearest Landlord and Property Manager,

My name is Pyper Stancer, and I have a keen interest in renting any places you have available.
I currently live at Studio 8A Albright Hill, Joondalup and have lived there for 1 year.

I currently have my two cats with me, both sterilised, highly trained and disciplined.

I have been approved for rental assistance through Centrelink and have also been approved for Bond Assistance once a property application has been Approved.

As per the application, I will be paying the full rent out of my weekly adjusted income toward rent, enabling me to make rent, in full, each week with no problem.

I am on time with each payment and can sometimes pay extra to be sure that I am ahead of my payments.

I believe I'd be a wonderful addition to your rental community — and here's why.

I am 23 years of age, and I am employed at Holey Moley Golf Club and have been working there for almost 2 years, where I have received high praise for my work, especially with communicating with customers on the daily.
I am also employed as an Optical Assistant at Bailey Nelsons Joondalup where I have been since this past May. I also study Visual Arts at North Metro TAFE in the CBD.

During the school holidays I am sometimes requested to work security at Scotch College as a Security Guard. In addition to my security work, I also work occasional shifts up north for events as security.
I take pride in my work, and I always prioritize the experience for the customer, making sure that their time at either venue is a memorable one.
My rule for my work, is to always greet a customer with a smile and not with a frown.
In my free time, I like to sew and create digital artwork. I also volunteer my time at community theatres and assist with costumes, and perform in Film, Television and Advertisements around Perth.
I am quiet, friendly and a cheerful individual, a good neighbor who always pays bills on time.
Due to my religion, I do not consume alcohol or condone the use of drugs.
