Hi,
My name is Simon, I am 44 yo. I'm originally from Indonesia and I am an Australian permanent resident. I'm working full time as a trades assistant/labourer for a commercial construction company based in Melbourne since August 2023 till present. I'm looking for a room for myself.

I'm a man who love to play my guitar.
I'm a neat, tidy and a respectful person and I had an experience living with mates in a shared house.

I'm working weekdays and most Saturdays. As a trades assistant/labourer, I work outdoor the whole year in a very busy and noisy construction sites, so I'm after a quiet space when I'm home.

Sundays are most likely the only time for me to rest and relax, but most of my weekends are scheduled to visit my kids or out for rehearsing or gigging with my band, to jam with friends, or out to watch live music.
