Hey there!

I’m Wendy, 26, and my boyfriend and I are looking for a tidy master room to save on rent.
We’re both from Korea and love outdoor activities and trying delicious food. We’re easygoing and friendly, but we also respect others’ personal space.

We both work full-time in Surfers Paradise, so we’ve been looking for a place nearby Surfers or beachside—because we love the beach 🩵🩵
If we end up living together, I’ll make sure to bring you some donuts from our café 🍩

The only small concern is that we do eat kimchi, but I’ll do my best to store it properly so there’s no smell!

We’re hoping to stay for about 3 months starting from November 17th, and we’re flexible with the move-in date if that helps.
We’d love a clean and comfy place, ideally free from little visitors like ants or cockroaches—just to make sure it’s nice for everyone 🤣
