Looking for either a self contained room/area or preferably a granny flat. I work full time and away from home most weeks. Respectful of others and their property along with privacy.
Not into drinking and staying up all night for the most part. Would prefer furnished however can bring own furniture and willing to help out with odd jobs should the need arise.
No real preference on location due to my work situation so I’m happy to consider anything put forward. Looking to be comfortable over any need to be close to amenities
