I am coming to Sydney mid-August from the US and looking to rent a furnished room for a year. The plan is to work in psychology research, since I am going back to school for a masters in counseling next year. I am looking for someone who shares a need for cleanliness and respecting each other's space. I love outdoor runs, beach volleyball, Aperol Spritz’s, Pilates and a good time. If I find a friend out of a roommate, amazing! But I understand that the most important thing is to make sure we get along and have a space that we feel comfortable in.
