Claudia and Stephany

Hoooooola :), I’m Claudia, a 30-year-old from Spain, and I’ve been living in Melbourne for the past eight months. I currently reside in St Kilda but am looking to move to the northern suburbs as soon as possible. I work in a wine cellar, which I absolutely love, and enjoy exploring the world of wine, discovering cozy cafes, and occasionally sharing Spanish dishes with friends.

I value creating a positive, respectful, and tidy home environment. I’m organized, friendly, and adaptable, and I always take care of shared spaces. I’m excited to find a place that feels like home with housemates who value good communication and a relaxed atmosphere!

I’ve taken some time off work this week to focus on house hunting, so I’m available to attend inspections at any time. 😊
