Hey! I’m Sahil, 25, finishing my final semester of a master’s in business analytics at Deakin and looking for a furnished place in the CBD (or nearby).
I’m tidy by default (especially in the kitchen, no dishes left overnight), rent and bills are always on time, and I’m big on keeping the house drama-free. I like a calm, respectful space where everyone feels comfortable.
I’m easygoing, social without being loud, and I’m always up for good banter. Weekends usually mean pub catch ups, cricket, car talks, or a long walk to reset. I cook a few times a week, I’m a social drinker, and I do smoke (always respectfully and never indoors).
