My name is Thales. I’m originally from Brazil and, after living in Brisbane for almost three years, I’ve recently relocated to Sydney for work and new opportunities in the music industry.

I’m currently looking for a comfortable place to call home in Sydney.

What I’m looking for:

• Ideally a private room
• Budget up to $300 per week including bills for a private room
• For a shared room, I’m looking for something significantly cheaper
• Furnished or unfurnished is fine
• Preferred areas: Ultimo, Chippendale, Haymarket, Glebe, Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Alexandria and nearby areas
I already have a long-term parking space in Ultimo, so I don’t need parking at the property.

A little about me:

• I’m a professional DJ, music producer and record label owner
• I also work with design, branding and digital content
• I’m clean, organised, respectful and easy to live with
• I have a stable routine and value a clean and peaceful home
• I’m friendly and social, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space
• I always pay my rent on time, and if it helps secure a better weekly rate, I’m happy to pay one month in advance

I’m already in Sydney and available to attend inspections in person.
I’m looking for somewhere I can feel comfortable and potentially stay longer term, so I’d rather find the right place than rush into something.
