To potential landlord,
I'm looking for a studio/one flat bedroom or shared house with ensuite bathroom. I can move in before Dec (when the one year lease ends) which implied I'm flexible. There is no rush. I'd rather sleep in my car than rushing into something I'm not confident of. But if something suitable comes along, that would be wonderful 👍

I work full-time Monday to Friday and I have busy routines before and after work. I keep things to myself. In the meantime, I'm always collaborative if you need to check in on your property. All you need is communication. I'm pretty understanding and easy going with that.

In case your property is a shared house and you happen to live in the same house, I'm sociable in moderation. I value kind interaction and basic greeting so you will never find me walking pass you without saying hello (unless you're on the phone or occupied with something then I wouldn't want to interrupt)
Respect, courtesy and accountability are values I hope we have in common.

I'm happy to do cleaning (vacuum and mop) in communal area (shared space) every fortnightly or three-weekly. This depends on my schedule and the size of the space. I have always done that. Any split bills can be discussed openly.

If you are a FIFO, I understand that when you are away, I will have the place to myself. So, when you're back I have no issue to make the genuine effort so that you have that benefit too.

Last but not least, I have always paid rent on time (references available) Thanks goodness to calendar reminder. I don't drink but can drink (prefer not to) I bought a bottle of Bombay gin since new year and it's still not empty. Although in between I smashed few pints here and there when I went out. I don't smoke. I'm good with dogs and cats. I lived with a couple who had a dog (still does) and their dog spent time with me when I got home from work and napped with me on some weekend. I didn't mind buying the roller that swipe of the fur off clothes. Furry friend friendly and not petty.
