Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a fellow roommate (women only) who is interested in searching for a 2 bedroom unit with a sunny balcony and separate bathrooms in Epping, Eastwood, Marsfield, Macquarie Park and surrounding suburbs. Parking for me is ideal but not necessary if there’s ample street parking. My budget is $350 to $400 (only if the property ticks all the boxes).

I’m currently working in real estate in the Lower North Shore region but I can be quite the introvert during after hours. Dw, I’m down for a chat if I have the energy lol

Hygiene in shared spaces is extremely important to me and this is something I would like to discuss in depth. My communication style is upfront so don’t be afraid to do the same as long as we keep it respectful!

I’m also into gardening if the balcony allows it 👍
