Hi, I’m Roxi — a respectful, considerate and easygoing woman who values a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. I’m urgently looking for a new place after an unexpected issue with my previous accommodation in Preston, so I’m ready to move quickly and flexible with inspection times. Ideally I’m hoping to stay in the inner north — Preston, Thornbury, Northcote, Reservoir or nearby — and I’m looking for either a private room with my own bathroom or a studio/granny flat. I’m open to the right share house if the fit is good. I can provide a reference and I’m hoping to find a stable, respectful home where everyone feels comfortable.
