Hey! I’m Bailey, 25, and relocating to Perth for work. I’ve got 4 years of renting experience and take a lot of pride in keeping my home clean, tidy and well looked after. I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, but also enjoy having a friendly chat and getting to know the people I live with.

I work full-time in the transport/logistics industry and have a pretty balanced lifestyle — gym, golf, getting outdoors and catching up with friends. I’m financially responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home while I settle into Perth.

I also have a well-loved indoor cat, Marzi 🐱, who would be moving over with me. She’s an important part of my life and I’m committed to keeping the place clean and well maintained.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful household and hopefully somewhere I can settle in for the longer term.
