Hi! I’m Juan, 29, a student working part-time. I’m moving from the Gold Coast to Melbourne in early January and I’m looking for a calm, respectful, and queer-friendly home.

I’m very organised and clean, keeping shared spaces tidy genuinely matters to me. I cook often, especially breakfast and lunch, so I naturally clean as I go and make sure the kitchen is always clean for everyone to use.

I’m gay, open-minded and very respectful of people’s boundaries. I enjoy having meaningful chats with my housemates, but I also value quiet time and giving each other space. Communication is important to me, I prefer solving anything through a calm conversation.

I’ve lived with housemates of different ages (from 36 to 73) and always had great experiences. Clear agreements about cleaning, noise and guests make co-living easy and enjoyable for everyone.

I’m moving to Melbourne to experience a more diverse and multicultural city and hopefully be part of a queer community.
